Win an Xbox and 10 copies of Vancouver 2010

The computer geeks at Sega have been given the license to develop the official game for this year’s Vancouver Winter Olympics. The game, which will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 later this month, will enable players to take charge of competitors in the officially sanctioned Olympic snowboarding events, as well as a whole host of other things like bob-sleigh and ski-jumping.

Xbox-Bobsleigh

Though whether the white-knuckle thrill ride that is Olympic curling is one of the 14 sports included has not yet been confirmed… Because this is the official game, it boasts a whole load of detail that you won’t find anywhere else, from accurately-modelled Olympic venues to countries’ proper uniforms.

So if you’ve ever wondered what it must feel like to stand at the top of a giant slalom course with a Gold medal in your sights, or take control of Lindsey Jacobellis and stop her from doing THAT method, this is the game for you. We have ten copies of Vancouver 2010 to give away to ten lucky readers, and one exceedingly lucky winner will also get a shiny new Xbox 360 to play it on.

All you have to do to get your hands on this awesome prize is answer this stupidly easy question.

Tristan first stepped on a snowboard at the age of 12, and (despite being a bit rubbish) has made a point of riding as often as possible since. He joined Whitelines in 2009, and writes, shoots, films and edits for both the magazine and the website. Having headed up the team in charge of the Whitelines Buyers' Guide for the past four seasons knows more about the geeky side of snowboard kit than anyone should ever have to know.
