Well here’s an absolute gem of a bonus video from the upcoming second part of the Nike Snowboarding Project. The Brad Kremer produced park edit is the follow up to the street focused Chapter one and is set to drop on the 13th of November. By the looks of things it was pretty much entirely filmed at Montafon, Austria in the Nike Chosen Sessions park.
This video is really all about one thing: incredible slow motion footage. From Jamie Nicholls taking an egg to the face to Peetu Piiroinen sending it to the moon, and even though we’ve seen it all before in big budget shred flicks like The Art of Flight, you still have to admit that this Phantom camera shot footage at 1000 frames per second is pretty mind-blowing stuff. We’d absolutely love to see Phantom footage of Jamie Nicholls’ uber harsh scorpion at last years BEO though. Now that would be a pretty entertaining, if not wince-inducing slo-mo to watch!
