You like snowboard photos, we like snowboard photos. Short of actually riding, there’s nothing better than drooling over pictures of the pros having way too much fun in snowier climes. Since the early days of magazines like Whitelines, documenting the sport has developed into an art form – and lensmen like Blotto, Jeff Curtes and Cole Barash have become legends in their own right. Now, with the advent of digital photography, the number of images captured by this elite has leapt from hundreds to thousands… which is why our editor has decided to indulge his personal love for shred pics with a dedicated photo blog. Run as a hobby in Ed’s spare time, RadShot.com is “a quiet space to showcase some of my favourite images from the best snowboard photographers in the world” – basically a clean gallery where you can feast your eyes on some grade A snow p*rn without the distractions of a more generalised news site. There are contributions from all the big names, including Scott Serfas and Lorenz Holder, mixing bangers you might have missed in print with previously unseen shots that somehow slipped through the publishing net. There’s also a gallery featuring a live feed of iPhone shots from famous snowboard photographers on Instagram. Oh, and if you like the blog on Facebook or follow @radshotpics you’ll get notified of the latest ‘Rad Shot of the Day’. Simple as that. Like the sound of it? Click through to get stoked on some snowboard photos.
