The recent hot spell may have given most of Scotland a miss, but here’s one area where we’re not going to be left out: Scotland’s Ski & Snowboard Show, coming to ensure that it’s not just Earl’s Court that gets all the fun in October. The massive exhibition/snow porn convention is returning to Glasgow’s SECC on the 15th & 16th October 2011.
Pre-booking your ticket is only£10, and for that you get:
- A free day pass for either Glencoe, Nevis Range or Cairngorm
- Free entry to the Scottish Outdoors Show (also at the SECC that weekend, and normally £12)
- A goody bag, appropriately worth a tenner – the price of your ticket!
So you’ve got yourself a sweet deal before you’ve even walked in the door. Once you do, you can get lost amongst the discounted gear, holiday deals, backcountry know-how and so much more. Oh, and then there’s the Brew Dog Apres Ski Bar, and even a freestyle comp. Seriously, what’s not to love?!
