Vans Dawn Of The Shred returns to Cairngorms

Has it really been a year since this unforgettable session? Saturday 9th April will see the return of the UK’s biggest and best snow comp, the Vans Dawn Of The Shred. Some of the UK’s biggest names will descend on Aviemore next month for the comp’s fifth year, aiming to take a share of the spoils. So far the prize purse stands at over £1000, with piles of gear from TSA, Monster, Dalikfodda, Dragon, Epiphone and more.

Last year the event was blessed with perfect weather and a truly ridiculous set-up, and the organisers are determined for DOTS5 to be even bigger and better. Remember, it’s an open event so anyone can have a pop in the Mens, Womens, Junior or Youth category. Off the hill there’ll be a prizegiving at Doo Below, with the infamous afterparty to follow.
