Colabs are all the rage these days – from Burton and Adidas to, um, Burton and Carhartt. Looks like it’s not just the B that’s getting involved though. 686 have teamed up with New Balance to release the 686 Speedlace 580 mens snowboard boot. Take a look:
686 have form in this area, having already produced our Whitelines colab jacket, and this looks pretty ace too. Rattling off all the tech this is packing would take all day, so we won’t. However, it’s worth mentioning that it’s taken some inspiration from the MT580 running shoe, hence the name. That’s a relief – with all those numbers, we thought 686 had started using this method….
