Tailslide 270s with Jenny Jones

1 comments 04:37PM Thu, 14th February 2013

In the latest Relentless Energy Pro Tip, multiple X Games gold medalist and all-round top lass Jenny Jones shows us how to perfect the frontside tailslide 270 out (or backside bluntside 270 out, depending on which side of the rail you approach from).

As Jenny explains here, this one’s all about storing up the rotation in your upper body and then snapping off the tail as you reach the end of the rail. It’s a fun trick and one that can help you get started with learning a whole bunch of other 270 out variations. As always the line you take into the feature is crucial, as is the part of the board that you plant on the rail. From our experience, just inside the back foot seems to work best with this particular trick.
