Angus Malloch Season Edit 2011-12

2 comments 12:42PM Fri, 27th July 2012

Scottish shredder Angus Malloch just threw this up online – a collection of all his best footage from the 2011-12 season. A down to earth dude with a permanent smile on his face and a penchant for technical wizardry on rails (we can still remember the mental cab 3 gap-to-boardslide that first brought him to our attention a couple of years back) Angus can usually be found holding it down at the Braehead dome with his Motherlode Project posse. Like most stuff we’ve seen from him, this edit has it’s fair share of bangers, but it leaves us asking two questions: 1) How does he get up from that slam at the end. And 2) How the hell is this man still unsponsored? Apart from the good people at Park Clothing, who are giving him hoodies and tees, Angus has no major sponsor. Someone should definitely hook a brother up, and quickly!

Tristan first stepped on a snowboard at the age of 12, and (despite being a bit rubbish) has made a point of riding as often as possible since. He joined Whitelines in 2009, and writes, shoots, films and edits for both the magazine and the website. Having headed up the team in charge of the Whitelines Buyers' Guide for the past four seasons knows more about the geeky side of snowboard kit than anyone should ever have to know.
