Approach and Attack: Car Danchi sneak peek
Car Danchi. While those two short words hold little meaning to most, they represent an entire way of life for a growing group of Japanese powder warriors.
With a literal translation of ‘sleeping in cars’, the Car Danchi crew travel around Japan in banged up camper vans in search of the deepest and best powder stashes that their majestic island has to offer. At the start of this year, Antti Autti, along with Tyler Chorlton, Alvaro Vogel, (and our esteemed editor Ed we might add), teamed up with the Car Danchi crew and by the looks of things, scored epic conditions and logged some pretty incredible shots.
Sadly, we’ll have to make do with this snapshot of the trip until autumn 2014 (yeah, we know), when Antti’s new movie ‘Approach and Attack‘ will drop. Bummer.
