Burton AK hit Whistler in epic team edit

Along with the release of the epic new teaser for Burton’s upcoming movie 13, Burton have also launched their new website for 2012/2013, which comes complete with a redesigned news and video section preloaded with Burton visual goodies for our enjoyment. Probably the most exciting of the bunch is this edit of the Burton AK team. If you were getting the feeling that you’ve seen it somewhere before, you probably have, as this was the edit submitted for Transworld’s Team Shoot out contest a couple weeks back.

If you haven’t seen it yet, what better time than now. This is the kind of edit that just makes you want to go ride, with more pow slashes than you can count, stalled out flips into powder, Jeremy Jones transferring to a tree, Terje attempting an impossible rock slide, and huge, technical hits from Jussi Oksanen. If this is any indication as to what we can expect in the backcountry side of Burton’s new movie, it has us even more stoked for the full thing.
