Dan Wakeham may have retired from World Cup snowboarding, but he’s a long way from disappearing off the scene. In fact if anything his profile has risen since his announcement. His most recent high-profile appearance was in this Lotus advert, made as part of a collaboration with Dan’s sponsor Head Snowboards. The car in the ad, a brand new Lotus Evora, had been driven straight to Chamonix from the set of the new James Bond film apparently. Like all the best bond films, this advert is more than a little bit cheesy – but you can’t help smiling at it.
