Kevin Pearce interviewed about his recovery for the Today Show

Unless you’ve spent the year living under a rock you will know that US Olympic hopeful and all round nice dude Kevin Pearce sustained a severe brain trauma during training in January. After several months of treatment – much of which Kevin can’t even remember – the TV cameras finally filmed his return home in early May. A summer of progress later, and Kevin has just appeared on American TV again, in an interview with his mum Pia for the Today Show. While still not fully recovered, things are definitely looking up – and everyone will be excited to hear KP is making noises about getting back on his board…
