Yesterday the funeral of UK snowboarder Nelson Pratt was held at his local church in Over Wallop, Hampshire. It was a beautiful service, attended by hundreds of friends and family; in fact there were so many folk that half the congregation were listening via a PA outside (thankfully, even the sun was shining). A special thank you should go out to Nelson’s best friend and former SUK editor Marcus Chapman, who gave a wonderful eulogy.
Today Tim Warwood – one half of UK film outfit Lockdown Productions – has released this video edit on Youtube, delving deep into the archive to remind us of what a talented snowboarder Nelson was. Gone but never forgotten.
