Pro skier Jossi Wells goes snowboarding!

Could it be? It looks like top Kiwi skier Jossi Wells has finally turned to the dark/light side (delete as appropriate) and got himself a board. While hitting up his native land’s Snow Park resort, Jossi strapped on the “shrid stick” and had a jib around. The question is, what made him do it?

• Could he be ‘over’ skiing? Doubt it – the guy’s  handy on his skis and won’t be binning them any time soon.
• Maybe he heard that snowboarders get more chicks? Nah, that can’t be it, the guy does pretty well for himself despite his 2-plank status.
• Maybe (and this is a long shot) he set out to besmirch our good name. Exhibit A: coming suspiciously close to taking out a small child right at the start….

Or maybe it’s because the jump line was closed and he fancied dicking about on his board for a bit. You know, like he said. What next, Torstein Horgmo on snowblades?! Oh wait, that happened already….
