Whitelines Battle of Britain Highlights - With Triple Frontflip attempt!

03:27PM Fri, 4th November 2011

This year’s Relentless Freeze Festival, as anyone who’s read our full report will know, was off the chain. Not least thanks to the efforts of the UK riders, who rocked the place on the Friday with the Whitelines Battle of Britain contest. There were big spins, big slams, and even a triple frontflip attempt! As Ben Kilner says (though not in so many words) it was proper next level shit! When the dust settled, Billy Morgan came out on top, followed by the Freeze veteran Dom Harington, and new contender Lewis Courtier-Jones. You can read the full report of the event here.

Tristan Kennedy

Tristan first stepped on a snowboard at the age of 12, and (despite being a bit rubbish) has made a point of riding as often as possible since. He joined Whitelines in 2009, and writes, shoots, films and edits for both the magazine and the website. Having headed up the team in charge of the Whitelines Buyers' Guide for the past four seasons knows more about the geeky side of snowboard kit than anyone should ever have to know.
