World Record Snowboarding Water Slide
We’ve all seen those rowdy end-of-season gatherings where seasonaires and holidaymakers, high on dutch courage, attempt to slide a strip of water on their snowboards. Maybe you’ve even had a go yourself. There are rarely any prizes at stake, just the adulation of a crowd of punters if you make it – or the indignity of swimming around in ice cold water while everyone laughs at you if you don’t. This Youtube vid takes things to a new level, though – according to the description it’s a Guinness World Record. We’re not even sure if Norris McWhirter and co bother to measure these things, but we’re not gonna quibble; it’s loooooong! The grainy filming, the dirty trance music and the muppets lying around in rubber rings only adds to the entertainment value.
